Assisted Reproduction Technology

Connecticut Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART)

At Worldwide Surrogacy Specialists, LLC., we understand that assisted reproductive technology (ART) and ART law are constantly evolving, and we are constantly evolving with these areas of the law. Our attorneys draft and review contracts and agreements designed to secure Intended Parents' rights and to comprehensively review the contractual obligations of Intended Parents and Surrogates. We are well-known for our established assisted reproductive technology law practice. Physicians, attorneys, and agencies assisting with matching parents to donors, gestational carriers, or surrogate mothers refer their patients and clients to us. We have been working in reproduction contract law since artificial insemination and arrangements were the only major options available. to schedule a consultation with an experienced ART lawyer.

ART is a gratifying and rewarding area of the law to work in. Clients are excited about having a child, sometimes for the first time, sometimes late in life, and sometimes with a second marriage or partnership. The state of Connecticut is accepting of surrogacy and gestational carrier contracts and their validity. It is a friendly state in which to start a family using assisted reproductive technology and a traditional or arrangement.
