Victoria T. Ferrara, Esq., our Legal Director has been practicing law in the area of assisted reproductive technology for over 20 years. She brings to her practice years of experience in litigation and family law, and she has represented many clients in all aspects of assisted reproduction law. Attorney Ferrara's clients come from around the world as she has represented intended parents from South America, Asia and Europe as well as numerous clients in the U.S.A. 

Rani Clarkin, Esq., assists the team with contract preparation, contract review, legal matters, and client services.

Jeremy F. Hayden, Esq., brings to Worldwide knowledge and experience in contract law as it relates to surrogacy and gestational carrier agreements, as well as courtroom acumen and skills for all work relating to pre-birth orders and other court proceedings.

Serena Lugo, our Director of Surrogate Services extends her first hand knowledge (as a prior surrogate twice) and provides support and she is aligned with the surrogacy process in a way that only a surrogate herself can be.

Beth Anne Ferraro, Firm Manager, joined the firm on a part-time basis in October of 2007 and began full-time in June of 2008. Beth Anne earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, NY. Besides managing her home, family and many community services, Beth Anne brings 10 years Executive Assistant / Office Management experience to the firm.
